This tree, along with most of the ones from Missouri to Oklahoma were just covered in ice by the storm last week. The storm was apparently on Monday, these were taken on Friday, I can only imagine how much has melted in the mean time. This storm left entire cities without power, and I've even seen a few trees collapsed into houses, cars, and other buildings, from the sheer weight of the ice. |
